I use the banjo bolt on the end for the return for more clearance.

Did you use part # 534-209 (LS rails) with part # 534-212 (injectors spacers)?

It says you need the bracket kit for LS2, LS3, L99 applications, but those injectors are different sizes.

For anyone looking to run the Holley rails on an LS2/3. The way to run the lines with clearance in the rear is to feed the rear passenger side rail with a 90* fitting. Run the crossover in the front and and plug the rear of the drivers side rail. For a return system you would feed the front drivers side with a crossover in front and return off the passenger side rear.
The other option is to do parallel feed. The tight clearance is on the back of the drivers side which leaves no room for a 90, 45 or 180 fitting.
