I use the banjo bolt on the end for the return for more clearance.

Did you use part # 534-209 (LS rails) with part # 534-212 (injectors spacers)?

It says you need the bracket kit for LS2, LS3, L99 applications, but those injectors are different sizes.

That bracket is if you want to run an LS1 height injector on an LS3 or LS2 manifold. The standard bracket works with LS3/7 height injectors and with LS2 height with minor adjustment.

Yeah simular I'll send you pictures of mine. Its a tad smaller. And I think Fragola makes a nice one as well as Russell. But mine's different than both. I'm not sure if that larger part of the fitting were the hose attaches is going to do it. It may still hit the Fire wall on the driverside. So you might have to get a 120 just so it won't hit the wall because of the fitting size itself. I'll have to look. I'm at work so its all from my memory which is less than stellar now that I've gotten old!

For anyone looking to run the Holley rails on an LS2/3. The way to run the lines with clearance in the rear is to feed the rear passenger side rail with a 90* fitting. Run the crossover in the front and and plug the rear of the drivers side rail. For a return system you would feed the front drivers side with a crossover in front and return off the passenger side rear.

The other option is to do parallel feed. The tight clearance is on the back of the drivers side which leaves no room for a 90, 45 or 180 fitting.

Good to know, I'm going w/ the Holley rails. Did you look at any of those low profile fittings like the orbs or the aeromotive one?

No. I had Russel fittings in stock so I just came up with a solution using those. I am still running a return less system on my car so this is what worked for me. With a Return system you have a couple options, but the tight area is the rear of the drivers side rail.

Yea, I'm running a return. I'll have to look into those low profile fittings. I want to run it like your pic, just return line off the driver rail vs plug
