Default E force sc needs more boost/hp! Help!

Hey Corvette forum, I recently had a E Force 554hp Kit installed in my 09 ls3 auto along with LG 1 7/8 cat less headers and a 3.5" pulley.

The car made 510 rwhp & 518 tq @ 6 lbs of boost with the injectors at 78% duty cycle. What else could I do to make some more boost/hp?

Do you recommend going with the 3" or 2.75" pulley, and if so what other mods would I need. My goal is to make 600rwhp.

Thanks!

A smaller pulley would obviously increase boost, but you will need to check your injectors and fuel system to make sure the extra power is supported. If my memory is right each step down in pulley size is about 1.5 lbs of boost.

Find out what Max RPM for that blower is, do the math, get the pulley that will take it to max RPM @ 7000rpm. Get a set of Bosch 1000cc injectors and a Alky control kit and let it eat.....

Thats my $.02

Max for an eforce is 20000 rpm. Mine turns 19700 at 6800 rpm with a 2.75 inch pulley and an 8% OD ATI damper. Its pretty maxed out there but can make enough power.

Im gonna have a stroke just thinking about screw blowers...

Anyways, OP... Thats about the best recipe you can run with...

2.75 pulley, 8" O.D. Balancer, 1000cc Injectors ( you wont even get close to running these out of fuel! ) and a meth kit...

Op... breecher has experience, and for once I agree with his advice. I have 850cc injectors and they are less than 60% duty cycle so 850's or 1000's will be more than enough.

Breecher, don't have a stroke. Us PD guys would miss you terribly.

Yeah 850's are plenty big. But why not get 1000's? Price isnt much different. Plus that way when we wises up and sees the light, tosses that heat pump in the trash can and bolts on a centri or turbo system he will have enough fuel for 1000whp..

Would you recommend a TQ converted as well? 2600 or 2800?

2800 would rip pretty good. I personally would go a little higher, but it really depends on what your doing with the car.

The stall should be matched to your setup and torque curve. I have a 2600 now but I can tell you at 600 rwhp it worked pretty well with the stock stall.

My car remains after 2 years the fastest LS2 power adder car with an A6 on the list, and that was with a stock stall and cam. Not sure how far down the centri cars are n that list.
