Are these results for the roll racing starting at 60mph and going for 1600 feet? If so, what's the expected mph for a C6 blower ca with 800 whpr and a manual transmission?

~60mph start and ~1500-1700' of acceleration. I make 930whp and trapped 158mph

Thanks. I expected those numbers to be a little higher. I'm going to the Slipstream/ECS event at Pocono Raceway and wanted to know what to expect.

Takes about 1khp to crack 160mph. 1,300-1,500hp for 180mph+ and 1,800hp+ for the 195-200mph+ trap. Just rough estimates that's all. HP to weight and putting power down plays a bigger factor to win.

It was good to see you out tearing it up again. Hopefully you guys can get it squared away....also who the F is Feldman?

Yea, it's a reality check when you see the mph that some of these cars do.

In the context of the GTR the first post was about, in a non runway event I put ~2+ cars on a gtr that had ~870whp and trapped 150mph in the quarter mile.. 60-~160. So he would probably trap around mid 150s vs the 207mph ams did.

I'd say if you get into the 150's that's pretty good for 800whp

yup.. a solid 820 rwhp vette went 150-152.. with 925 rwhp i went 156-159.5

i really wanted to see what i could hit this time with more power but just wasnt in the cards.

Feldman is the owner of the heaviest C6 in existence

and HEY.. even though my car wasnt there i got to take out my frustration by keeping fools BEHIND the line so that the Speed guys could see the traps.. I made myself useful

From what i have seen 1/4 mile traps dont directly equate to Ti traps..

at the 1/4 mile you Launch and are in power pretty much all the way down the track.. @ ti, from a 60 roll often you are not at 100% optimal RPM.

60 mph is around 3600 rpm for me in 3rd with is TERRIBLE for a centri car.. i would hit it and literally sit and wait for power to come on.

What kind of trap speed is a 157-160mph car at TI going to trap in a 1/4 from your experience?

Any passes from the blue beast TURBOTUNER20V?

most cars trap 10-15mph higher than they would in the 1/4mile. depends on power band and where you make the hit in the launch area.

No 1/4 mile passes, but I'd guess 148-152 based on cars I've run

Glad I am not the only one.....when people want to race me from 60 I know almost for sure they are going to jump me and then it's up to my ysi to reel them back in

I put 28" (really 27.2") et streets on the back, and it helps, but now I have to do that 60 hit in second gear which adds another shift into the mix (basically right away too)

I guess I'm in the minority, I like 60mph 3rd gear starts with the z51 ratios and '28' inch tires. Hits pretty good on the f1a and can go immediate wot with 99% traction

its good because you are racing slower cars

I lined up with a Black horse turbo @ 60 with my f1X.. and he put 2 cars on me on the hit while my blower was deciding to make boost or not..

im hoping my 15s hook 2nd.. other wise screw it.. zr1 6060 time.

full factory interior factory catback, AC.. sounds like a street car to me

I will say that Ti is bar none the most FUN automotive event i have ever been a part of. The TSS guys put together an amazing event.. Several people i know who have been to most of these type of events ultimately compare them to Ti and like Ti better.

my ONLY complaint about Ti...

it only happens once or twice a year
