Default Mccleod RXT or Mantic 9000....

I've heard nothing but good things about both. So, which one? Safe bet either way?

Probably safe either way, I chose mantic and it's been a dream during break in. Can't wait to feel it on the track. Engagement and disengagement feels excellent.

I ended up with Mantic on mine. no real experiance other than some highway pulls and couple dig street runs but the thing feels GREAT! I have the non sprang discs and drives GREAT!! we will be tuning an F1x with sprang discs here next week and will see how it holds up.

I'll be going with the Mantic after a few weeks of R&D. The RXT was my number one going in but they are having too many floater issues and once I get this thing back out on the road I will not be inclined to work on it for a bit.

I also ordered a Tick master, stainless lines, and remote bleeder.

If you're a gambling man, Tick has the RXT on sale for $900 now.

I have an RPS twin disc and I also have the Tick master. My pedal is so hard to press down and they told me its because of the Tick. Im going to have my Tick master removed.

Yeah the Tick Master will make for a hard pedal.. Some people say they improve high rpm shifts but I never had a problem with that so I kept my stock MC.

Unsprung with heavy duty pressure plate. Got the complete kit from ECS. You don't need the Tick MC.

Mantic 9000 twin with OEM master too. Install is very straight forward, holds good power, drives amazing, and comes in a well packaged kit. Best decision I have made!

1600 comes with slave cylinder and bearing and bleeder kit. ECS has them.
