Which fuel pump did you get? I'd guess you got the Bosch clamp, but the Walbro pump. And what size are the bolts? They should be 40mm.
We have been having some issues with shipping as there is a new guy in shipping. But the bigger problem lies with me, and not having proper documentation and quality control procedures to ensure what's being shipped is correct. Because of a rash of incorrectly shipped hardware over the last 2 weeks, we are in the process of revamping our entire build/ship process. It's growing pains for the company. As we grow we need more people, but the new people aren't accustom to the products and exactly what gets shipped with each variation thereof. We've been lacking the proper processes and documentation to properly train and ensure everything is 100% spot on. Because of this we are rewriting everything from how it's built to how it's shipped, and our new sales manager Jess is overseeing the processes to ensure we have better quality control across the board.
I cringe ever time I read stuff like this because I know first hand how frustrating it can be as a customer when you have to stop everything you're doing and run to the hardware store (or even worse wait on another shipment) for something as stupid and simple as a bolt. I know we are better than this, but I was not prepared for the influx of sales we've seen over the last 6 months. And for that I am sorry. But whatever you need, just let me know and we'll go out of our way to make things right and get you what you need.

the UPP kit is an unbelievable bang for the buck and I sure like what I hear when someone digs into a customer complaint, takes ownership of the problem and fixes it!!
that's customer service often missing from many vendors.
I'm a bit partial to the TTiX as I went that route before UPP came to be, but now there is a great alternative with this kit but I would sure take a hard look if I build another TT vette (which is coming I'm sure)
great performance at a very reasonable price has been a missing combination.
thanks for the hard work and most of all "stepping" up to resolve some really minor issues. nice work.

On my corvette when we installed the upp upgraded 3in piping and gt35rs we went ahead and took the oil return pump off and ran the turbo drain lines back to the oil pan. The oil return lines are ran through the frame rail so they gravity feed. Just some information for somebody interested the kit that doesn't want a scavenge pump.

I can't read it either, how many lbs? It was hard to hear from the vid but it sounded like it was breaking up on the pull. Most importantly how does she drive? Happy with it?
