So both of you are running the C6 Z06 front 17x9.5 54mm wheel ? and 5 Liter is using the deep dish version ?
5 liter - I believe the WS6 wheels are 17x9 50mm offset

I just ordered base c6 5 spoke replicas in 17x9.5 +54mm wheel, but I decided to use the M&H 275/50r17 drag radials instead to get a little more side clearance since the wheels have an aggressive offset.

Ours are 17x9.5 54 replicas from OE Wheels. I'm not positive that the OEM Z Wheel is the exact same size/offset.
And you're right about the WS6 wheels, I saw that when I took them off, I had the specs on those totally wrong. These fit much better.

What size rim are you guy running upfront with this combo? I want to finally have matching wheels again, but every corvette rim I find in 17x9.5, I only find a 18x9.5 vs a 8.5 to match. I'm a narrow butt C6 so I have narrow front fenders and I thought a 9.5 for the front would stick out? Also, and word on how these hook? I really need some traction on the street. Thanks for any info you can share!

Looks good. I guess M&H has a 295/45 too?
Oh, and we're not doing cover sheets on the TPS reports OR coil covers anymore. I'll get you another copy of that memo.

Your car looks great! I'm hoping this setup will hold my beast to the road (850hp here).
Sadly I have to buy front rims also if I want a matching set since mine cam stock with the 08 split fork rims, and I can't find them in 17's anywhere.
I tried a 305x35 on an 18x11, but that didn't really hook up at all.

The problem IMO with the 305/35's is that they are only 26.x" tall..the 28" tall tires hook way way better.
As for coil covers...they look a lot better than the stock coils and valve covers haha and I'm a cheapass soo...coil covers it is

I am running their 275/50's. I don't think the 295 MT's would fit without me raising the car and I didn't really feel like doing that, plus I personally feel like the M&H compound is better for a stick car.

With the 28" tire did you adjust you front tire size any? Do you get any of these "drag warning" CEL's I've heard about? Sorry for all the questions, thanks for taking the time to answer! If you're ever in SC I owe ya a beer.. or 7

No but I have had the ABS kick in a few times during braking and I'm assuming that's why.

I got the drag warning a couple weeks back. you know, the one where are those tires are too far apart as far as height goes. I'm probably going to get a half inch taller front tire to make that go away. I actually need a half inch front raise because o

Looking for anybody that has tried this with the new 305/45R17 MT Et Street R? From pics in thread, looks like the 17x9.5 w/56mm offset with the old 295/45r17 MT would almost tuck.. Just wondering how much wider the new 305 is...
