Before the finger pointing game starts lets us look at it. Its different when we put the motor together vs a con artist.

not sure if directed to my comment.......
no finger pointing anywhere here...

OP asking what to look at next.... after covering the basics I would be looking at cam timing

good luck

Ok here I am months later and still car makes no power. So we checked cam and it is lined up dot to dot

I pulled all valve springs and tested all of them. They all tested above the advertised specs. I don't know what the hell is going on. I ordered a new #3 spring and ditching the #8 spring I have and also ordered all new o rings for BOV. Diaphragm is good on BOV also. My car has been down since last June this is just getting depressing.

Cam has 4 degrees advance in it. What if I retard it would it pull higher? I don't think I would gain 200-300 hp though....lol. Everybody keeps telling me to pull cam and swap with another one but even a stock cam would pull to 7000rpm.

Could it be a bad lifter maybe?

When I ate a lifter I had extremely low oil pressure. Somewhere around 15psi at high rpm where I would normally run closer to 40. Depends on what happened to the lifter I guess.

Any excessive blowby or crankcase pressure?

Pushrods the correct length? I've seen a place put in the wrong pushrods and car was struggling to make power since valves were being held open.

Also, need to post the tune and log file. Someone saying "oh it's fine" isn't going to cut it if you really want help.

Two things...I don't think it is cam timing. It says on Comps website that degreeing cams is not necessary any more due to the extreme accuracy of machining. Billy Godbold (head cam designer 15+ years, Rhodes Scholar, Masters in ME) has reiterated this.

Second...I had an issue similar to this. I was making 13-14 lbs and one day it fell off to around 7-8 lbs. After taking the entire system off looking for a leak, it turned out to be the MAP sensor had split at the side seam. You couldn't see it, but if you blew into it it would blow right through. Just something to check....

Also, post your tune if you can.

Have you run a compression test?
It seems you've done all of the digging into your upgrades looking for what's wrong, try the other way, start treating it as a broken car you've never seen before, down on power, run a compression test, see if the valves are leaking for one......

Leak down test has been done twice. Everything was good. I'll check for cracks. I have tested from the inlet to the charge pipe with no leaks. Rebuilt the BOV two days ago and put in new #3 spring to replace #7 spring . Trying to find a new 6' line of 1/4" gates for BOV to replace old crap. I don't have log files to upload.

No expert here, but that exhaust setup seems restrictive. I'd run open headers and see what happens if all else seems good.

There's nothing wrong with the exhaust. Catless 1.875" headers and 3" exhaust should support over 1kwhp

Not likely, but I wonder what it would do with the filter off. My new motor (forged 376) fell off at about 5700. Kinda thought the cam was junk for the setup..... Decided to pull the filter just to see if it picked up any.....picked up almost 100rw and it pulled all the way to the top
