Were you using the Speed Control brand belts? I had nothing but problems with those belts. I've found some belts that work way better in the HTD tooth profile. Aside from that, I've been working on a new design with an entirely new belt tooth profile. I have the cog pulley designs completed and built. They're interchangeable with ease utilizing a quick-hub design as opposed to the IW design that only offers one tooth profile and 2 sizes. The strongest belt that Gates offers in the 8m HTD tooth profile is only capable of holding 240hp, best case scenario and that's steady state, not counting shock loads. The custom poly chain is capable of holding over 600hp of load and better withstanding shock loads.

Interesting.

It seems that there's still no solution for NW 102mm throttle body with high hp cars, although some say you can fix it with sct. Anyone willing to share?

I had 2 different brands. one was gates the other might have been gates too that were supposedly better and heavy duty (it was a blue belt) but both didnt work. after spending about $1300 in belts (and the time to change them) I decided this is a waste. I even sent the blower to procharger and the pulley to ATI just to see if there is another problem going on but both checked it out great! (another waste of I don't know few hundred bucks)

Boost varies depending how clean is your filter and the outside temp!
usually I see the boost between 21-24psi

I have read many issues with NW102 and boost,,, some of them got it fixed by replacing the motors with the old c5's,,,, others went with TPIS 102 and succeeded and some of them return it for a fix then succeeded! some of them,, failed and back to stock TB and closed the chapter.

Nick has replied to me by saying (2 weeks back), "If it is happening under WOT with boost there isn't much to do. The issue is in the GM electronics.

I do have a new one with a different motor in it doing well in testing at the moment."
