Thanks. Puppy already doubled in size. Getting big quick.

I got to say deleteing the oil cooler was a great choice. Oil temps get right to 205-210 and just stay there. A/C on and ~90 out car runs good, no heat issues. Will have to wait and see what it does in 110+.

Hopefully hit the drag strip in ~3 weeks. Will only be doing 1/8 mile runs at first to dial in the car. Got a lot of new settings/etc to test out.

Got a 2012 Shifter/shift box from rich@abel. Right now my shifter has a lot of slop in it. Not sure why so going to swap that out. When in 1st/3rd I can move the shift a lot left to right. Other gears seems tight but in the top gears 1/3/5 it likes to move around. Strange. Didn't put the 6060 in, that is just sitting in the garage.

Freaking direct drive is acting up. Can't use ac with DD right now or the belt just slips. I don't want to put a new belt/tensioner on just to have it go out again in 6-7k miles so looking at doing 6 rib or cog or whatever so I can use my a/c.

Other than that, running great.

Let me know if he doesn't want it. Would your guy make another?

Mustang in shop so been driving this daily for past 6 days. Direct drive issues seem to have gone away, a/c working great. Temps hover ~210F with a/c on in traffic when it is 95F out so not bad. Much better than before.

Got some c5 rear brakes to start collecting parts for spindle swap/etc. Ordered some Hawk HPS for the rear.

Car started to make a weird noise today, sounds like it is coming from blower side. Sounds like it has a magnacharger installed. Weird whirring noise, like a old school PD blower. RPM dependent so I'm hoping it is just an idler or something. Car drives fine, no issues but the sound is strange and I wouldn't want anyone thinking it has a PD blower on it so I gotta get this fixed.

Also gotta start thinking about wheels. Are people running the 325 ET streets running a 15x10" wheel? I want the weld RTS S77 or S76, not the 71 like every other car in existence.

Ordered racing brake rear rotors for my brake swap.

Whining noise got louder then car got really hard to turn. I think my PS pump just died. Lame.

See other thread, no PS pump. Either blower, waterpump or an idler. Leaning towards blower but have to wait and see.

Still waiting on parts. Ugh.

Worked on car for a bit yesterday. Just redoing some lines, cleaning, etc. Need to order some dealer parts like a new windshield cowl and go grab a stock a/c belt since I'm switching away from the DD style belt.

Hoping to have it running by mid July but who knows. Got c5 rear brakes sitting there. Next mods will be 15" wheels/spindles.

LG drag spindles OTW, now deciding on Weld S76 or Weld S77 wheels.

17x6 front and 15x10 rears. Might as well get them while they are on sale.

I vote for the s76. The 77s remind me of a clover...but its your decision.

Yah, leaning towards the 76s too. Waiting on prices from my friends.

Hopefully ECS got my parts out last week. Getting to the point where I actually want to work on the car and run it.

Probably go 17x6 fronts and 15x10 rears on the vette

Plus the mustang would look good with the 15x10 s77 and I don't want matching wheels. my mustang already has matching forgestar f14s, doesn't need matching welds.

I did 18×7 in the front on mine. Just barely clear everything with recommended spacer.

Don't want to run a spacer. Had 17x4" CCWs and they fit fine, a 17x6 with a 205 front tire should work great.
