So this guy here in town has a new magnuson supercharger for cheap and was wondering if it can be put on my LS7. thought id ask since its such a steal and has all mounting hardware. Never thought about supercharging my car but for the price id have to be stupid not to.

Kind of a dub question since its obviously for the LS2 but thought id ask!

The port design differs between the LS2 and LS7 so no....sorry

You can get the lower intake part from ebay for the conversion?
you can also call magnuson and they can get it for you.
the one on ebay is cheaper.

They got them on ebay for $299
its a ls7 supercharger intake adapter.

Talk to Jim at Halltech Systems about a blower on a stock LS 7. The pistons aren't built to withstand the sc setup, even at low PSI. No need to start a Flame War trollers....that's what a well respected. Vendor said when discussing options for more power. To me it means SC or TT is a built engine for the purpose, more $$$, but in the end it's easier to make more power reliably w/o fear of grenading The engine.
