Need more info...
What boost are you seeing? When is it spooling? Is it on gates or boost controller?
AFR?
Timing?
Is it breaking up? Seems like runs were aborted.

If you're confident there are no boost leaks I would check your wastegate and boost controller hoses to make sure they are routed properly. Does the EB respond? IE: does it make more boost with more duty cycle? It seems like the gates are hanging open maybe.

Going to have to see what your MAP read for boost. We have no idea what RPM those runs were at or timing etc.
As everyone else said, lets see the logs.

I followed the eboost 2 single silinoid dual port wastegate instructions. 230kpa made 480 rwhp 560rwtq..

That was the last pull we just did. So the cars building boost and holding unless there's a massive leak where the 6160 connects to the Vic Jr or the Vic Jr on the heads

Man provide the damn info people asked for if you want help. lmao. Can't solve x+y=z with 2 variables missing.
230kpa or about 18psi shouldn't make less than 800rwhp, and it probably shouldn't make more tq than hp once tuned.
You have low comp, what are the cam specs, and how much timing did you throw at it? What is the full exhaust setup?

I'd be checking cranking compression and checking the valvetrain. Something is WAY off. If you give it that kind of boost and timing to get 560rwtq you are looking at 230rwtq with no boost...lol.

The one thing I wouldn't be doing is making pull after pull wondering why the power is whacked out. I'm wondering if the pushrod length is wrong and hanging the valves open? I also saw a dude slap used heads on his brand new blower motor and had low power. Guess what? The heads needed a valve job.

The fp was dropping to 38 from 60. I didn't know I needed the Msd tech for the controller. The pump was only seeing 10 volts through out the rpm. I set the volts to 13.5 ( max all l time) and now the I'd1000 are 58dc instead of 96

Plug gap? Correct plugs? AFR good?
People can't trouble shoot this stuff online with no info. Have your tuner figure it out or find a new one.
