6.0L iron block here w/ stock radiator and Z06 oil cooler. My cruising coolant temp w/ a 160* stat in the summer has been 182* to 199* depending on speed/stop & go. My cuising oil temp is usually under 200*. Hot oil pressure is ~50psi+ at idle with a melling high pressure/high volume. Joe Gibbs LS30 oil.

Thought you were asking about temps from the title so I just provided it all... I've got a Procharger F1A making 900. Hope someone w/ your exact setup posts up if that's what you're looking for.

Stock LS3 with T-trim Vortech here. 607rwhp. Base model car with no oil cooler. 115F ambient temp and I see 196-203F coolant temp at 60-80mph with AC on. In town I see 215-225F coolant temp with AC on. Oil temps are 225-235F. With synthetic oil and alloy block/heads I am not worried. Amsoil Z-Rod oil. I still change it every 3-4k.

That's fine. Do you have a 160 stat in there? If not, you might want to do that although the time to do it was during the A&A kit instal as I believe that now the blower bracket will be in your way.

ECS setup on stock LS7 with 160 thermostat and Dewitt radiator w/oc

Cold oil pressure @ idle - 75 psi
Hot oil pressure @ idle - 45 psi
Cruising oil temp @ 90+ ambient - 174 to 186 degrees
ECT - 189 degrees almost without fail

Mobil 1 0-40 European oil
Bosch distance oil filter

That cover it ?

For an extreme situation, I back down on the car on the road course when oil temps hit 300*. Coolant will stay under 235 and Z06's with the dry sump never go that hi in my experience.
