What's your boost/hp level and pcv setup? The rear main can be really sensitive if the motor is not vented sufficiently.

What shop btw, I live near you.

A lot of people have. If you don't have enough venting it will go out easy.

Also, they can stop leaking without replacing. Don't drive the car hard till you correct the pcv and maybe it'll just go away.

No issues with mine. I was really careful with the install of the rear cover. I repaired a ZR1 that was driven 300 miles after upgrades and it ate up a rear main seal. Make sure you check the cover and don't just replace the seal.

your motor is not vented right. one way valve could be one, or you may just need more vents on the motor

I'll take a look at the PCV setup if you want. I also have an ECS valve cover breather cap left over from my last setup that could help if you wanted to try it out.

I'm gone for TI this weekend, but maybe next week? Just keep it out of boost for the time being.

This is why we include a breather with an ECS kit.

Damn Dave, that doesn't sound good. Jeff's got a good bit of time with C6's so a quick look by him wouldn't hurt. I figured you be driving that thing like you stole it.
