Default Fastest and Highest HP Nitrous/Boosted C6's?

Where are they at? I've seen plenty of great and powerful builds but hardly any of them out and about doing work...

Did the majority of them build them as garage queens or am I missing something? Have corvettes become the new Supra of the automotive world???

We have a new sponsor on board INVITING members to show off what their cars are capable off and so far it seems many haven't stepped up!

I know 5Litereater,User_name, Jthurik and a few others have but I know we have more who would put up a great fight against other cars at the event.

What gives? Afraid to lose? No confident in their build? Someone please shed some light on the situation...

For those not afraid I challenge you to accept the call out, represent and compete in the corvette shootout!

This is a completely legal event! Some of the fastest cars in the country will be present. Will you?

Nothing wrong with building a street queen that meets your goals.
Not sure what the Supra comment was about as there are a number of extremely fast Supras that can wax pretty much everything I've seen around here, including some of the $250K+ builds.

I have a good friend that has one that is capable of doing just that. It was mostly a joke. Carry on

If I had a running car and lived with 500 miles I would be there in a heartbeat. Looks like a blast.

well looks like I am going to win the corvette challenge hands down unless someone is will to step up with a vette. Now that Flash has a Fbody this should be easy but I am willing to take any challenge cause you all have told me roll racing is easy, I say bring it.

Thats a bold statement JT. I'd like to see you hang with the likes of Lethal's Big Red, Bret's soon-to-be F1X blue-monster. Also FactoryRaceCar should be there with his auto TTIX widebody C6. It's still being built but will be well north of 900. You and Nouman (FactoryRaceCar) would be a good race.

But I agree. More big gun Vettes need to step up to the plate.

Rumor has it that Lethal is bringing three boosted cars this time along with another one of their builds from the Austin area.

There are definitely some big street driven high horsepower Vettes out there. But I hear if I didn't live so far away quite a bit so that's isn't an excuse because there are PLENTY of people that make a drive just to come have some fun it's not all about winning the event. I agree with Flash 100% though. I have seen a few cars put down over 4 digits but have NEVER seen any video of them racing rather it be at the track or in Mexico. . People wanna see what all that money went to and see how it runs. The event is there for you, all you have to do is show up!

Might be a black F1x car up there as well from Houston. Just left my shop where another silver 427 F1x C6 is getting built.

I agree with Bill, JT. Wouldn't count out Nouman or Danny driving Big Red. He is the best driver I've seen yet in a manual vette.

I will be in Italy at that time so I cannot drag my ride to Texas. I'm sure others are going to regulate though.

One concern is tech. What's tech like out there?

All cars are inspected by the owner before apply for the event. Check list of things.

Bare minimum is a helmet, pants, close toed shoes. Many people go above and beyond that but that is the minimum. We have not had an issue with safety yet.

That came out wrong. What I meant was that it's not open to spectators, only drivers and registered guests of the drivers. If you're not on the list you're not getting in.
