i'll take a quote for the adapter components, any custom shafting, and the trans case.

if you don't do it that way then ill take a quote minus converter.

Yes it is only sold as a complete kit. Parts are around 15-18k alone. Depending what options you want. Its pretty pricey

Ipsmotorsports.net has arranged a few installs so far with my chassis shop. I am pretty sure pricing was better for those that went through the shop.

As for what I paid, you have to remember that I had a 4 point, then a 10 point and finally a 25.3 cage.

I would imagine most of you would want something like the 10 point I had with swing out (fully removable) door bars. That cage did not sacrifice anything and even at 6'2" I was still comfortable in the car with stock seats. IIRC the configuration I had was about $7500, but I'm not sure if that is what it would cost today.

The chassis shop that did mine is here in Columbus OH, and they do everything from roll bars to complete tube Chasis builds, but they aren't a CF sponsor, so contact IPS for more info on that.

The options were limitless but I chose a removable parachute holder that was through the tag so you wouldn't know when I had I off, and I had them put my chute release on my ebrake handle. They will do whatever you want as long as it doesn't compromise safety.

My Rpm 4l80 was matted to a c6z rear end (also RPM built). It held up and I never hurt that Trans... It is in a ne ca now.

Cool. If you're considering using a racepak dash, I have one from Fireball's old TA with the pig tail to plug n play with bs3.
