Almost in the 8's
I had a great time at the track tonight. I achieved my personal best of 9.087 at 153.98 mph.
I had quite a few passes in the 9.1 range. The car was super consistent.
I tried hard to improve the launch and get that 8 second pass, but it didn't happen tonight... it will soon
I owe thanks to Taylor at Dallas Performance for all his hard work on my car and to the crew at RPM Transmissions for building the best transmissions in the world

Nice passes Jerry.... Your car is amazing. 18" drag radials on Z06 wheels and narrowed fronts... Looks like a stock Z06

I had an issue with some MT drag radials hooking so we reduced the power on the launch to overcome this issue. I now have a new set of M&H's that are sticking like glue. We're going to add the power back and try it again soon. My car used to consistently 60' 1.30's with a best of 1.292. If I get that back I'll be enjoying some consistent 8 second passes

Do you think part of the lacking 60 ft is due to tranny gearing (4L65E vs 4L80E)??? If you could get a 1.30 and knock off .15 in the 60 ft, you would be 8.90 all day long. Great car and soooo streetable! incredible combo!

Absolutely! The extra weight and gearing has something to do with it. I'll work on the launch more and the 8's will come
I've got a Dallas Performance built forged LS7 at 427ci.
The supercharger is a Vortech YSi. I'm also running a Cartek flip drive and 8 rib setup on the charger.
