I always use brand new stock hydraulics on my builds but start with AMSoil 600 racing brake fluid and make sure they keep it clean and fresh on a regular basis.

PS-Just to clarify the L3 and L5 use a ceramic friction material.

To clarify I went back thru the timeslips and didn't find a 1.50 60ft so I guess I dreamed that one up. My best was the 1.54 on the money run.
My bad, ceramic friction is right.
I was expecting a much higher trap speed for that 1/4 mile time.

Thx Chris.

Typically when you get a great 60ft you will see a drop in mph, but my guess is the 30mph headwind from that night was the cause of the lower than expected mph. The DA from the online calculator was 2500ft at 9pm that night.

I was definitely impressed by "Yellow Jacket" that night. Except for the cam, a stock LS2 long block
I think a 3.6" or 3.4" pulley, cooler weather, and less headwind would see nice gains overall.

video said 2.8 pulley.. i believe that to be a mistake, but never the less, 1.5's are great.
