First off, a big thank you to Santos (Silver Bullet C6) for allowing me to build him a nice setup and push it really hard.
I told him this is "The Little Blower That Could."
FYI: We realize there is always someone quicker/faster than you.
We think we got the CF 1/4 & 1/8 Mile Record for Stock Internals LS3 with A6 and Power Adder.
Anyone know the 1/4 mile record with a Si trim on here?

First run off the street it ran a 10.13@135
Then got faster every run as we dialed in the suspension and tune.
We ran 7 of 10 runs in the 9's. It was really consistent. Very quick and fun to drive.

2 nice photos from the pro-camera person at the track.

And of course the only proof we like to see. VIDEO!
Wow! Very impressive! I didn't think <X> could do that.
Where:
X = A6
X = SI Trim head unit
X = stock short block
Its 1150cfm. So the Si trim isnt weak by any means. Now the A6, Im with you on that. While any auto that dosnt loose boost pressure on shifting will run great, that it can handle this power level is the hurdle.
Other stock short blocks are in the 9's and one H/C car at 9.75 but it had a nitrous shot to get there.
I noticed it had 3.42 gears which is a big help off he line for various reasons. Its a great combo that has a predictable and more important, usable, TQ curve.
It also has two other debated items: A single pattern cam and 1 3/4 headers. I think the car was a smart design across the board.

The reichard was a tough find when I needed one so I simply cut the slots myself by marking electric tape with even spaced marks and then stretched it onto the pulley to maintain equal distances. I cut perpendicular slots and ran it for 8 months (same belt) before going with an 8 rib kit to have the bigger balancer for more boost.
It never ate a belt and Powerlabs is running it now as I sent it to him when he did his rebuild. It doesnt slip and doesnt have any major dust around the area implying belt wear any more than it did before the cuts. It works.

NICE! Just think, If you were at the faster eastern tracks!
I had an SI on C-6 with 572/530 and 390 gears but no place to run
without a rollcage.
That car would whip ALOT OF STUFF AT THAT TRACK!
NO DOUBT!
Awesome. This has me considering an Si-trim on my Ls7 instead of spending more on a T-trim. It looks like the Si is more then enough to make the power I want.
Guys I have to take credit for this build.....the magical secret was that I personally used Joshs bench grinder with the wire brush and polished the bolt threads. Try it...and you too will run with the big boys.....

I think you should spend the extra on the T-trim if it's going on a 427. Even if you don't want big power, the T-trim won't be out of breathe on the 427 like I feel this Si is on this 378.
We are spinning the little Si hard and it would be nice to send it in for a T-trim upgrade.

Jerry, we couldn't have done it without your natural skills with a wire wheel. You don't even wear gloves or safety glasses when working those threads clean and polished.
