Terrible idea. One of the ways Nitrous Oxide makes power is by supercooling the intake air charge since it cools itself down to -127F as it expands and vaporizing.
Since water has such a large heat capacity, you would take away a large fraction of this temperature drop by injecting water along with the N2O, and at the same time you would be freezing the water and pumping ice crystals into your engine. Truly the worse of both worlds.
The reason why 50/50 H2O / Methanol injection works on BOOSTED cars is because the intake air temperature on those is very high, and the water can effectively cool the air. You have the exact opposite scenario with Nitrous Oxide injection. Which is, incidentally, why N2O is so effective on boosted cars (far more than on N/A engines for the same shot size).
My advice here is to not try and innovate and stick with a high octane gasoline injection, or propane injection alongside the Nitrous.
Injecting Methanol WOULD work, but you'd need lots of it. I don't see the point.

tried it on my borothers pontiac g8 gt. he was n/a with a 150 shot. there were no issues with the water getting frozen by the nitrous but we saw little to no gains. complete waste of money.
