According to the instruction manual:

Utilizes the factory tank, o-ring, lock ring and mounting location
• Includes all necessary fittings and hardware to plumb the pump into your tank.

Sure, it drops right into your tank. It even plumbs into the crossover. The rub is hooking up the feed line.

Yea.....I feel those numbers are determined at a lower pressure. Not near 60-70-80psi. Aeromotive pumps drop off pretty much as the fuel pressure goes up.

These numbers were flow tested from base 58psi. Obviously high pressure will lower you're flow so I highly recommend running a larger injector to keep fuel pressure down in order to keep flow up. These pumps will still support the advertised power levels with corvette fuel pressure.

I believe you still need to run a return line and regulator.

With an array of fittings you could adapt it but I don't suggest it. You'll quickly reach the limit of the stock lines once you step up to this fuel pump.

Aeromotive Product Warranty, Policy and Procedure: Retail
All Aeromotive products sold are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. No warranty claim will be valid without authentic, dated proof of purchase. This warranty is to the original retail purchaser and none other and is available directly from Aeromotive and not through any point of distribution or purchase. If a defect is suspected, the retail purchaser must contact Aeromotive directly to discuss the problem, possible solutions and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), if deemed necessary by the company. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid to the company and with valid RGA before they will be processed. Aeromotive will examine any product returned with proper authorization to determine if the failure resulted from a defect or from abuse, improper installation, misapplication or alteration. Aeromotive will then, at its sole discretion return, repair or replace the product.

I understand what you are saying but for those of us in the 600-700rwhp range that are all using stock lines with no problems. Wouldn't it be feasible to have a lesser pump that could handle this range? 90% of us don't strive to get to the 900 to 1000 hp range and don't need that much fuel, however we do need something better than stock. I would prefer not to run a BAP or dual pumps if I don't have to. I believe you could sell hundreds of these if not thousand if they were a "true" drop in and go. Just my .02
