.:: House of Boost - Build up thread of the 1300HP Cogged F2 Z06::.
I wanted to put together a thread to show everyone what went into building the 1300hp Z06. It shows everything from the development of the House of Boost LSR Cog Drive, the prototype development of the Aeromotive In Tank Fuel Pump Assembly, the installation of an RPM Transmission 4L80E, the assembly of a HOB forged LS7 engine, and everything else it took to complete such an unbelievable street car. Here is the link to more information, a video, and full photo gallery of this build. Be sure to give House of Boost a call when you're ready to turn your Corvette into the car of your dreams! Hope you guys enjoy!!!

A little bit of everything. There was no compromise with this build. It can enter a car show, its capable of high 8's, and still be driveable to the point that you could run around town a couple days a week with it if you wanted. The car still maintains the factory air conditioning, power steering, navigation, heated seats, etc. Just click it in drive and go.

Great job guys. I don't know if it was asked but what is timing belt width? Oh, if using Gates belt and your on the edge the European GT3 is a little stronger then domestic one.
Looks like bar is going to raised another notch.

Nice Video. Does the cog drive make a lot of noise compared the an 8 rib? Can I adapt my A&A YSI to that cog drive? I've run out of mods on my car, so this might get me back into the ball game.

The bracket is currently designed to run a ProCharger head unit but that doesn't mean a custom bracket to accept a Vortech bolt pattern can't be made. The belt itself does not really add anymore noise. When stepping up to this sort of level you are going to be running a ProCharger F1 or F2, or a Vortech YSi so the blower is already too loud to hear any belt noise.

Congratulations on the build. It looks like a monster, but what are you doing with the CAI and how much power did it make through an air filter? Does the cog belt run all accessories?

your system looks great but without an air filter i just can't consider it
also looking forward to the fuel level or sender unit pictures of your fuel system - which otherwise looks great as well
and would you guys happen to have a C6 based shop car?
thanks for the time

Dont get me wrong i think that car look INSANE. The job you guys did on that bracket is honestly flawless. I hope to use one someday.
Hopefully you can take our record so we have some competition
