I used to do it the way you have at least I think if I have my imaginnation going right LOL! This way worked better for me no oil leaks anywheres. I know your car is slightly different because of the dry sump, but the function of a PVC system is the same GL!

Also I'm have trouble with a leaky passenger side Katech cover and oil coming from around the oil filter area and oil pan gasket. I was told it was due to pressure from the car making boost (crank case pressure) but if I normally drive it (not hard) it still leaks. I guess you would think that a catch can with breather would have been added if this could have been a potential problem but it was not installed. I will do it to see it does the trick...
The check valve is in the right direction on the loop from the valley cover nipple to the intake also as I blew thru it and it works. I guess it's just too much pressure in the intake...

Also,my fans come on sometimes and other times they don't. I have replaced that damn module 3 different times and each time I unplug one and put the other one in it works but when I turn the car off and on again the fans will not turn on again when it reaches the pcm temp setting 196-198 degrees. When we unplug it again and plug it back it finally starts working again. This is a real pain in the ***. Any ideas???????????

I check the plug to the module, I have 3 different modules and I dont think its that now so what else could it be?????

My wife is upset because there is always something wrong and she has not even had a chance to ride in it. I told her that the next move is to sell it if I can get these issues resolved...

Any help will be apprceciated!!!

This is why things should have been done right the first time. It just gets the customer frustrated in the long run if they have to keep bringing it back to a shop to get fixed. If you are going to try and build a 1000hp car, you should know the engine is going to need a breather and catch cans and that the factory PCV system is not going to be sufficient. Also, you might need to check your tune for your fan issues....

Yep, but that thing will be a MONSTER once you have it running right. I think you are going to enjoy spinning the tires at 80mph's!

Well I decided to jack up the car and crawl under it and check the fan plugs and sure enough, the ground wire in the center of the plug got hot over time and melted a bit. This was causing the fans not running consistant when it got hot so for you guys having trouble with the fan, check the plug.

We are in the process of installing a catch can with breather soon.

My installer just purchased EFI live to do a SD tune to fix my issues with my tune. I will let you know how it goes. Should be done soon.

Ok, I'm happy to report back that my issue is GONE!!!

I went with a nice moroso unit with breather and mounted it close to the sump tank. I will post pics soon!!!

It worked and NO more oil issues as I ran the **** out of it this weekend!!!!

It was nicely installed and easy to remove for draining.

Kinda like that dodge with the nitrous kit that burnt to the ground should have been 100%? Or to keep wiring very sheilded on a turbo car as they can get a little got when close to the manifolds? I'm pretty sure I had the fan tune down.....
