So my build specs are finally complete......now the fun....Video Inside!
So I finally made my last decision today on the remaing parts for my build thanks to Andy at AA. Well he tried to convince me that the V2si would be ok with a small pulley. that lasted all of 20 minutes and I called back and order the Ysi. He laughed and said " I knew youd call back , you are as bad as me!" So here it is
427 LSX block
Callies H Beam Compstar rods
Callies Compstar forged crank
Wiseco coated 20 cc pistons w/ steel top ring and 2cnd Napier ring
All Arp 2000 bolts throughout
Arp head studs
Arp Main Studs
Comp Cams new LSX Race lifters with T bars
Custom grind Blower cam
Stainless exhaust valves
Cometic head gaskets
A A Ysi Charger w/ 3.125 pulley and supercharger system
A A Fuel System
A A 8 rib setup
ACT T2S Clutch
Cooling Mist Meth Injection
Should have most parts by first or second week of december. Then its gettin shipped off to Howard and Bruce at Redline motor sports to work there magic. Should be a beast! Hoping for a solid 850 rhwp with a nice safe and conservative tune. Then when I can rob another bank rear upgrades and smaller pulley= hopefully 950 -1000 rwhp
Thanks for all your help in putting all the pieces of the puzzle together. I think Howard thinks Im nutz..........well hes right I am but its a disease My driving habits will DRASTICALLY change, only roll ons and easy launches at the drag from here on out until the driveline gets done.
More to come soon.

do they make it in alum? i need to do something next year, guy's are steping up big time,
RHS makes a nice aluminum block, then theres the Warhawk...problem is with both these blocks they require quite a fair amount of modifications to fit factory stuff. The Bowtie block is bolt in. No modifications needed what so ever and has been proven to support up to 2500 hp The Warhawk and Rhs are rated somewhere around 1500 hp I believe. To me it was a no brainer. Cost is 1/2 for the bowtie as well. There are other areas you can shave weight to make it up. To me longetivity and reliability was key. I can deal with an extra 80 lbs
Theres always Darton sleeved Ls7 blocks which seem to be holding up to around 900-1000 rwhp too but after that its really uncharted territory. Again though still more cost effective to get an LSX block versus a LS7 sleeved block. Choice is yours. Depends on your goals. My choice would be Sleeved Ls7 block or LSX dependent on hp you want to achieve.
