Default Stock bottom end C6 ZO6 running 9.5's

I posted this in the C6Z section but figured i would post it here for you guys too

We had a great night at the track tonight.

My best ET was 9.540

What i like most is this was no "one run wonder" I came home with a hand full of 9.5x time slips

And the time slip I'm most impressed with. 1.292 60' time
The front tires came off the ground on this launch.

Video here of a 9.54 run

Here's a 9.55 run

I agree! I surely wasn't expecting that or the 1.30 i ran right after

A typical 60' time for me has been 1.38 - 1.39
Friday we had a track rental and i was getting some 1.33 - 1.34's
Last night the cooler air was just what i needed to hit that 1.29. It felt awesome leaving the line.

Aside from your fine driving skills, that auto trans seems to be the key to your consistant and very fast performances.

You are exactly correct. The auto trans is the key!
Without it my ET's would be all over the place and my car would be slower. I don't see any six speeds cutting any 1.3 or 1.2 60' times

Hi Dan, I have 7500 miles on the car with this configuration. It's a myth about 600'ish being the limit. It's been proven over and over again and even with cars making more RWHP than i am. It's all in the tune and with the help of methanol injection to help keep things safe

I think it has ALL to do with the auto tranny. That is some sick power with an auto to be making with that blower. Althought I did forget to ask which A and A blower?

With the auto no missed shifts, over revving etc. I think that was part of my failure, over reved a hair and hit revlimiter, cold nite, meth etc.

Awesome times man

Badass man. I figured you would have more mph in the 1/8 given you went a 6.0, but every car is different. I also say that because it's a blower car. My naturally aspirated Camaro SS went 114 in the 1/8 with a crappy 1.39 60 ft. I say that because I never got the car dialed in with a brand new setup that made 150 more hp than the old motor that I had dialed in.
