Default ETMC shooting for the record!!!

Hey guys. just wanted to post up a little build thread of my car/shop car. i bought this car about 6 months ago and never dreamed it would turn into what it is. MANY thanks to the help of many friends, as they helped me in the evenings when i closed up shop. car is a 2005 c6 corvette we are shooting for the fastest c6 NON ZO6 corvette out there.
This car will have all c6 parts and no ZO6 parts on it. no 345 on the back!!!! and we WILL run 8's!

here is what we original started with
ARR 225's with a ETMC port and polish job
sts twins with stage 3 turbos
408 stroker fully built
full drive line
Ais meth
FULL STEREO in the car
Full drive line upgrades
3500 stall,
trans brake
DD car!
Our dyno isnt load based so we cant get 2 full boost but at 15 PSI it made 898 HP and 989 TQ
JUST an FYI on the street it makes 20+ PSI
easy 1000RWHP car
Driven on 93 OCT gas everyday!

all work done by use here at East Texas Muscle Cars

This car is the one we build to shoot for the first c6 in the 8's( NON z06) full body car no weight reduction and no wide body!!!!!!!!! and we will soon get it!

well we had a few little bugs in her and we are starting over. we got a best of 6.6 @ 115MPH in the 1/8 with a 2.1 60 FT..lol....we have yet to be hard on her out of the hole. no boost out of the hole coming out off idle. car does have a trans brake but even with foot braking it could do a ton better if we tried to get the 60 down. problem we kept having is the heads lifting and blowing head gaskets. SOOOo here comes the LSX block now

sooooo to be here a LSX 427. with twin 67mm turbos.....PRC 6 bolt heads......so thats where we stand right now...with in the next couple of weeks we will have the motor here and start the build and i will have tons of pics.

Very nice setup. Can't wait to see the finished product. You say no 345's out back. May I ask what are you using to hook that beast up?

Nice, I've gone 5.999 @ 115mph and went 9.4 on the whole pass, so you have lots of potential right there, I was only making 680rwhp thru a t400.

fuel system is actually two fuel systems in one. we have the stock system, with a KB BAP and a aeromotive FP that comes on under boost.

5.99! thats great! i know we can do that if we try to come out of the hole...but we were always really easy on it. never better than a 2.1 60ft

I don't mind helping you put the cage in. However, I am going to need you to come help me put mine in. As you know I measure once and cut 5 times....and then sometimes bust out the grinder if it still doesn't fit.
