If i did the S/C route over again, I'd go with the ECS (609) 752-0321 system... the ATI kit was the only offering when I did mine in 2005 so there was not another option... I spent an extra $2000 customizing my ATI kit to have the same kit that ECS now sells for less than the ATI kit... The Novi 1500 head unit is the way I'd go... ECS built my rear end (C5) for my C6, and the have helped me in many ways with the build of this car, not because they had to, but because Chris and Doug are stand up guys... I would not purchase the ECS kit just because of their service, that is a plus, but their kit is far superior to any other S/C kit on the market in my opinion and that's why I'd go that route...
novi 1500 here. very efficient kit, comes with everything, ecs's good reputation and not far from my house. 592rwhp and prob more now with the new clutch.
I went with Vortech supercharger. I am not looking for crazy HP because my C6 is a daily driver. I am running about 5psi and at 500 rwhp. I like the fact where the Vortech supercharger is using the 6 quart of engine oil rather than the 6 oz oil that is self contained in some superchargers.
They are all so similar, I would just go with whatever the installer you are using sells. Personally, I chose the PC, because a. did not want my engine oil mixing with my SC, b. they offer higher output head units for the C6, c. I was able to use the F1C on my otherwise stock LS2 and have pleanty of room to grow when I upgrade to a forged 427, d. belts can be replaced without removing bracketry, e. MTI made me a much better deal intalled / tuned on my F1C of any of the other shops in my area.
Paxton ECS kit here. Great guys to deal with, car is a beast. A regular oil change on your car is all you need to do for maintenance.
any negatives?...I am thinking of doing the ECS kit ....I am not going to drag it and it is strickly/my only daily driver...want to use lower boost and looking for no more than 475 rwhp.
If you want to learn a whole bunch about supercharging Corvettes, read the following thread completely. (that's what I did.) It's a long, very interesting thread that was started 2.5 years ago by Andy of A&A Corvette. Andy is one of the foremost authorities regarding Corvettes, and their associated S/C systems. By reading it, you will learn about S/C systems in general, their plusses and minuses, things to look out for, installation, performance, tuning, design, longevity, etc. Just as important, you'll also learn what other associated mods you'll want/need to do depending on the level of performance you choose.

None yet, I'm extremely happy with it. The car runs like stock normally, until you start pushing it, then it really throws power at you. My car is a dd when its not snowing, and it has very good manners as a dd (im not a big fan of huge cams on a dd). Highway mileage is 28-29 when going 65mph with cruise control with my 410's).
475rwhp is a pretty low bar. Why not just do a head / cam?
to live long and prosper...having been in/driven both a C6 zo6 n.a. and a maggie C5 for me 450-500 rwhp is as much as I can handle. I think the thing that sold me on buying a C6 was the refinement and disturbing the driveablilty in any pronounced way is out for me. I will not mess with the low speed driveability at the expense of all other considerations. I have met/played with /installed many cams in my life and have never met one with intake duration > 220 and, or LSA <114 that did not effect idle quality or cause surging or some other bad behavior when in the at 60-75 mph band(1200-2000 rpm). I am also trying to ward of the headers demon ...that is this will be my first Chev to be sans headers...another refinement compromise?...for now at least!

The procharger has been great! Just throw away the directions because they are worthless. Do Bolas mod for rerouting and mine for ground clearance and buy an aftermarket BOV. You will get a lot of different opinions but we are all enjoying the extra power.
No matter what you do, you will have fun with the car.
