Default L92/LS3 vs LS2 heads for FI?

For an F.I. application, anyone have a direct comparison between the LS2 heads and the LS3/L92 heads?

My forged LS2 build it taking longer than expected. I chose unported LS3 heads instead of using A&A stage 2 ported LS1 heads or LS2 heads. Now I'm wondering what the impact larger intake valves and long runners of the L76 intake makes.
