Are the LS2 supercharger kit interchangeable with the LS3?

maggie will not diffrent intake and heads. centrifical super chargers should work.

I don't think a LS2 supercharger, regardless of type, will automatically work on the LS3. There are specific things engineered into the Vortech-type chargers that would require modification. The top/maggie types won't work at all, either, for the reasons stated above. It will be awhile until a new setup is engineered, tested, and manufactured.
