induction/nitrous?

Ok I got a vette but I don't know what this forum is about. What does "forced induction/nitrous' mean? What do those words mean? Thx.

Forced induction is either Turbo Charger or Superchargers and Nitrous is for spraying Nitrous (No2) into your engine for short burst of power.

I am sure that other people will explain more.

forcing more air into ur engine via turbo or supercharge or N2O which ignite and release pure oxygen into combustion chamber providing u have the correct air / fuel = more HP
