I'm currently using a stock ported unit and was considering doing the FAST as well. The manifold has not been redesigned, so yes, you still have to cut the firewall. It's not TOO much work, MTI in houston quoted me $200 for the install. If you did your own procharger install, this should be a piece of cake!!
