just outta curiosity i wonder how much power you need from a centrifugal blower to get in the tens. post your times and horsepower please. obviosly different suspensions vary. just like to here from ya guys
Dont know how much power from the blower, but with our cars I think you need about 500 or so rwhp to get into the 10's.That is with traction and quick shifting. Less if your a great driver.
Ranger got his bone stock Z into the 10's with drag radials, stock Z's average about 440 or so rwhp.
i hit 11.2 with 490 rwhp, and i'm a terrible driver and it was horrendous conditions.
now, the real question, how the hell are yall getting 10s without getting booted off the track? i've thought about tearing up my car with a cage, but gg, that's a tough desicion!!
believe me, i tried. i can afford whatever they can dish out. but the only track within 3 hours of me (ennis) said they won't back off from the rules even on a rental. too much liability they said.
ps, sorry OP, thread hijacked.

you don't need much more power from a c6z to get in the tens, the biggest variable is the driver. There are guys with 700+ whp who can't crack the 11.000 barrier and then there are guys like Ranger who can do it with a tire swap on a stock c6z.
