It all depends MRC5. Your C6 can safely handle up to 150hp shot. I would personally spray no more than 125hp DRY shot and enjoy.

As far as kits choices, I am currently running the NOS LS1 dry kit #05177. Companies such as NX, TNT and Nitrous Direct (forum vendor) can all set you up with a Dry or wet kit. Again, I would go Dry.

Thanks

I used this kit...ran 11.5...do a search with my username to see the time slip. You dont need to waste money on those expensive kit. Be aware of the wet kit...if one of your solenoid get stuck...there's a big disaster. On the simple dry kit....the maf will compensate and adjust your fuel mixture. You just dont as much HP out of the dry kit. Mine is 125HP.
I did have my solenoid wire come loose....nothing happens to the car.

It will be close race if traction and driver skills are about the same.

A full bolt-on Z06 can make anywhere from 495 to 510 rwhp
A full bolt-on C6 can make about 390 to 410 rwhp. Then add the juice and you're looking at about 520 to 540 rwhp.
I am NOT a dyno racer. You must run it on the black top; that's the only way to settle it. N20 is a great equalizer, and a C6 owner will need to have it in order to beat a Z06. I personally raced two bolt-ons C6's (A4 and M6), both with 100hp shots about a year ago with my bone stock Z06 and I walked them both.

The fat torque curve of the LS7 can really flex it's muscles; it keeps flexing until about 6,800rpms...STOCK!

Hope this helps

how fast do you think you want to go a bolt on c6 with 150 should run low 10.s or high 9.s

Even if you add a supercharger into the mix, versus a full bolt-on Z06, the results will be the same! In fact, the nos will be my weapon of choice since it produces instant torque.

If you have the means and don't want to deal with bottle refills, then go the superchager route. OR install both! OR buy a Z06

Thanks.
