Default ProCharger pulley swap

I'm thinking of changing the pulley on my P1 to up the boost to around 8 psi. What size pulley, where can I buy one, and what size belt will be needed? Thanks.

You will need a 4.25 or even 4.10 not sure of the belt size. If it were me I would look into the Reichard billet pulley they look amazing and most important they don't slip. You could buy a 4.20 or 4.10 and easily make 8 psi. Check out Reichard racing pulleys.

Yea, I know. I have this disease that can only be treated by injections of horsepower. Note: I didn't say "cure"! But, I am running larger sway bars and the front pinched the discharge tube so I have a slight oval crossection, vs. round. I don't know if that's costing me boost, so, just to make sure, I think I'll change pulleys. I'll get in touch with Reichard. Thanks.

You can get a Reichard pulley from Tony at Need 4 Speed. (727) 462-9968; website = www.need-4-speed.com; e-mail = info@need-4-speed.com. Reichard Racing's number is (410) 610-5567. I didn't have much luck getting either companies on the phone. Tony @ Need-4-Speed works best vis e-mail. Couple of weeks to get the part to your door.

A 4.2" pulley will require a 90.5" serpentine belt. Call Summit Racing for fast shipping. 2 days from order to delivery. (800) 230-3030. Goodyear Gatorback part number = 4060905.

Good luck!

Thanks, Jeremy. I am going to try ECS myself and see if they have my new size in stock. Need-4-Speed is in the midst of a relocation and their response time is currently very slow as a result.
