When I listed the car today I did not realize PA DMV is not processing titles. I am going to pull the ad until they are back open again, which will hopefully be in a few weeks.

If you have an out-of-state buyer why do you need the Pennsylvania DMV processing titles? All you should have to do is sign the title in hand it to the buyer? from there it's up to the buyer to make sure their state is processing titles, otherwise they will have to wait until the DMV opens to sign it into their name officially.

In PA all titles have to be notarized or they will be invalid. In addition, my title is currently being processed by DMV, but since they are closed it’s sitting there. If your interested in the car send me a PM or email and I can provide more details. Thanks!
