You and me both, am selling a house that gets appraised tomorrow and I will have my cash in 3-4 weeks. I'm also looking to buy a car with h/c/i done to it. Not interested into buying something this expensive and pouring money into it or having the value fall like a rock. I know they all take *** kickings in the wallet but I'm going to limit my losses and 35k is my budget also. The wife made me shake on it and my word is my bond.
