Why the preference for higher miles? Is it a budget concern?

Yes, I am looking from a budget aspect. I don't want/nor need a creampuff, since it will be driven and modded.

I am looking for something in the $20-25K range. Lowest as possible, of course.

I am looking to sell my 09 base. It's black on black, <77k mi right now. It's an auto, with a clean car fax. Im looking for about $24k. Located in northern Illinois. Edit: it's a 3lt with nav, Bose, heads up, npp exhaust, heated seats, and everything works and no buttons are worn. No mods. Car runs and drives like a LS3 would brand new. If you want the vin, I can get it for you.
