You priced it right, you are under what a dealer will get for it by at least $3000.
Note the mileage and with the warranty it is a winner. I just picked up the same everything except color and l paid $2500 more.
Watch the bottom feeders, do not listen to them and just do your thing.

Mileage has to be in the 20's or the value comes down also condition of tires and brand.

Thanks for the assessment and positive words. I've added the mileage (which I had there at one point but ????) and I've added information about the tires.
I love my care and will miss it. Priorities have changed for now. I've really enjoyed it since getting the car new in early 2007. I'm hopeful for getting a C7 down the road a little if some other things work out.
