I'm either going to sell the car as a whole or part it out.
Details can be seen here.

I am in florida and will be back up in ohio in 2 days to take pictures and possibly start disassembly.
asking 50,000 obo as it sits. Engine and trans are fully built and flawless. A lot of upgrades on this car, 90,000 dollars worth.
Car could be repaired. Damage isn't that bad. I debated fixing it myself but have a z06 c7 coming soon, so its not worth my time. Cockpit frame is undamaged. Front frame rails bent and can be replaced.
S Carolina clear Title in hand, has not been declared salvage. I kept the car from the insurance company. It will probably have a bad car fax obviously. Museum delivery, numbered lingenfelter twin turbo top of line car. No expense spared.

do you plan to fix the frame rails?
If someone fixes the car and doesnt part it... i might let it go a bit cheaper.
With the stipulation that i get first dibs to buy it when you sell it.
This car and I had a lot of fun together. I don't need the money... i just don't have time to mess with it right now. Im honestly thinking about leaving it sit for a while... but i don't want to let the thing rot so I'm trying to be practical.

Write offers on parts on the linked thread above.
I realize 50 is high for whole car.
I'll lower to 35g obo
I'd like to see it fixed.

Not sure if your aware, but if the ins company cuts you a check for the car, (not just repairs), it is considered totaled. When the title transfers it will be a branded/salvage title. It will not be a clear title. In most cases they require you to send them the title before cutting the check.
My wife works in that industry, so I figured I'd let you know.

If they sell the car at auction you are correct. I had a loan on the car... They paid it off... And sent me clear revised title without Lien. My car exceeded the lady's coverage.
The way I presented it to them, I told them her coverage was exceeded whether we fix the car or they total it..
They understood and cut me a check and didn't hurt the title.
Carfax is most likely bad however.

I have it in writing they didn't salvage the title.
And I have the title.
And I have the title.

I wrote totaled in this thread to describe the vehicle quickly.
