Please tell me the front license plate holder is held on by adhesive. Surely there aren't holes in the bumper?

Man, this is really nice, and I REALLY wish I had the cash right now. And the blacked out taillights reminds me of my old C5Z I sold on here several years ago:

What amazes me is if I held on to the car, I probably could have sold it for the same amount right now, 5 years later.
