Good Luck -- I would be all over this had I not bought a C6 last February -- yours looks to be MUCH nicer than mine.
To those afraid of a reconditioned Vette -- I bought a reconditioned (in PA) '01 Z06 a few years back. It was a great car and I got back what I paid for it a year and 10K miles later.
The key is PA reconditioned. PA is very, very strict in the inspection process; I believe you can buy this car with 100% confidence -- my anecdote has been repeated by many PA reconditioned-title owners I have spoken to over the years.
The resale value stinks, of course, but the "buy cheap, drive the heck out of it every day, sell cheap" model of Vette ownership has worked for me for a long time.
In fact, not to steal the thread, but if somebody were willing to buy my clean title DSOM C6 with 113K miles, Z51, intake and tune (380 RWHP) for $17.5K, and you had a bit of flexibility in your price, I would be paying you a visit as soon as the snow stops!!!!
Again, good luck...

Very true sir! Not stealing the thread neither but I had my 06 base car (ls2 auto) on here with 147k miles rebuilt title for 15k with zero bites. I put it on craigslist and within a week had it sold for 16k cash. People on here are frightened by rebuilt title vehicles for some unknown reason? Personally with the savings it's the only thing I would buy and I've had zero issues with the past 8-10 r title cars I've had. I get to drive the crap out of them and sell for a profit or break even point. To me It's a win/win.
My Z06 is a rebuilt title (can't tell), my 2011 cts v wagon is a rebuilt title (can tell), my 2013 camaro ss h/c is a rebuilt title (can't tell). If I bought any of these clean title I would pay about 50k more just for the sake of a piece of paper. Remember we are driving the car NOT the title.
