I was told the extra warranty starts when the "new car warranty" ends. The car was first titled 12-4-10 so there is remaining new car warranty.

The tires were new when I bought the car with 12,000 miles.

This car will probably get traded tomorrow or Saturday. It's a VERY NICE car and I hate to see a dealer make money off of it.
