FYI, I tried looking at this Z when I was still looking (a month or so ago)and the seller was out of town or unavailable most of the time. No big deal, people have jobs and stuff. He just didn't seem as motivated to sell as I was to buy. Anyway, I ping him occasionally (over several weeks) while I continued my search and he then tells me that he returned from a business trip and the car wouldn't start so it was taken to the dealer to address some minor electrical/battery issues. Next thing he tells me when I ping him a week or so later is that the engine is being replaced under warranty (assuming valve guide issues but I don't know) and he would have the car back in a couple of weeks. I call back after the 2 weeks since I am still interested, especially if it's getting a new engine and he tells me he no longer wants to sell. I completely understand and I move on. Surprisingly enough, I come across this ad that the car is back for sale and there is no mention of an engine replacement or anything. Not really sure what to make of it but felt compelled to share my experience.

Would the seller like to address this statement? Was the motor replaced?

Actually yes, the entire long block was replaced under gm warranty. This was just recently done. As I have stated , i have every receipt from service and also receipt from the chevy dealer backing this info up, i mean its in the damn vin I listed , , if anything it should add value .
Honestly , if a real exchange between me and a potential buyer went beyond me sending pics , the new motor info would be one of the first things i would disclose but all have been me sending pics and not much communication from the buyer after that. . So really No serious buyers have really approached. ...
