I am looking for a very specific C6 to buy:

2008-2009 (LS3)
MUST be 6-speed manual
MUST have Z51 package
Atomic Orange
Black interior preferred, but not required
3LT equipment group HIGHLY preferred, but will consider 2LT...not interested in 1LT
NPP exhaust HIGHLY preferred
no more than 25K miles
Must be stock or close to stock, no built motors / head & cam jobs - I plan to install long tube headers and have it tuned if not on the car already
No desire for 'cosmetic mods' - I don't want custom wheels or the inside of the hood airbrushed - this will be used as a daily driver

I am in the Houston area, but will travel just about anywhere for the right car.

If you have a car like this for sale or know of one, clue me in!

Thanks for the link...I talked to the dealer last week. He is being greedy (like most dealers). If he were willing to haggle a bit I would be all over that car. I prefer private sellers anyway, it gives you a sense for how the car has been driven and cared for.

Yea, I lost interest when he told me he bought it from the orignal owner but the carfax shows 4 previous owners

9,000 miles. Always covered and garaged. Car is mint.
Never seen Michigan snow, ice or salt.

I haven't had the chance to sale my car on here but I am selling a Jet Stream Blue 2008 corvette with 23,500 miles. Mint condition, only upgrades include lowered with alignment done, black z06 spyder wheels, Z06 rear spoiler, intake, and corsa axle-back exhaust. I own an immaculate 2008 Atomic Orange C6, Z51, 6 speed manual, 3LT.
It has just about everything except NAV.
I am the original owner, and it has about 22,000 miles.

Everything is stock except the items listed in my signature below.

You would be hard pressed to find a single scratch on it.

I don't have it up for sale, but I was considering it. Because I'm so obsesively **** about keeping it perfect, I don't drive it as much as I should. So, I'm thinking about selling it & getting something that I would enjoy almost as much, but that I would drive every day..

I know what it's worth.....
On the forum, I'd probably get $30-32K for it.
To someone who isn't as well educated, I could probably get as much as $35K.
If I was to sell it, I would want something in that upper range.

Don't get me wrong....I LOVE this car. And I don't want to sell it. But, honestly, I could use the money right now; and driving something else would make a lot more sense.

So, make me an offer I can't refuse.

I'd say you do know the market. Sells at $30k sits at $35k. It is a beautiful car. Anybody have a sense of what dealers are offering as trade-in value for those that are moving up to a C7?
