FS in MA: 2008 Z06, black on black
I have a 2008 Z06 in great condition. For a Z06, it has relatively high miles at 28k. That is because I try to drive it at least once a week and keep everything in good running order. I have had no issues with it in the year that I've owned it, and Carfax and Autocheck show no issues in the long history. I'm looking to upgrade to a different car, so am selling this at a discount to get it moving. I'm completely open to taking the car to an independent shop to get it inspected. I'll drop it off and pick it up, but you pay for the inspection. I will try to respond quickly to any questions about condition or shape.
The only work I've had done on it is an alignment and clutch fluid replacement. The car definitely will need new tires and pads soon, and that is reflected in my list price.
I'm asking $42,500.
The car is located in Cambridge, MA. I can drive the car for delivery for a short distance (<100 mi) for free. Longer than that, I would charge. For really long distances, you'd best have your own shipping or pickup solution arranged.
I washed the car today, even though it was freezing, to get slightly better pictures.
After a mere 5mi drive
wheels (which are not the originals, from talking to dealers):

EDIT: new pictures with more interior details. The paint is still dusty, but looks better.

I cannot tell a lie -- I drove it over some dry but wintry roads to wash it. 3 steps forward, 2 steps back. If there were any rust or corrosion issues from salt, I'd show it. But the car is clean.
I would not hide any facts about the condition of the car. That said, no, I don't normally drive it in the winter. It was a gamble to try to wash it.

I don't think a little bit of driving on salty roads will cause corrosion.
The car will survive, and someone who wants to buy it will not be put off by your pictures.
You would think form this forum that driving these cars in the rain is a cardinal sin and driving on a salty road means the car is no longer sell-able and should be titled as rebuilt.
They're great cars, but they are Chevys, after all. They won't disintegrate before your eyes

I think it is a great price and a great car. Nothing to hide, the car won't rust. I drive mine as long there is no snow on the ground because I don't want to crash it. It can be 10 degrees outside I don't care. It is a car enjoy it.
Good luck with the sale, nice car and once again great price.

lmao at the snow patrol!
Corvettes are great handling salt, better then many cars. One of the advantages of fiberglass plastic and carbon fiber panels. Good luck with the sale, price is where it should be for year and mileage.

If anything - the dire need for a good wax job is the most offensive part of your photos.
Looks like a solid deal, best of luck!

I was using the panorama feature on my phone to take those pictures. It seems to have jittered the image there. It's the stock piece in good condition.

Having said that, if it were in my budget, I would still jump all over it.

Alright fellas, posted some new pics in the original post, including more of the interior. I'm happy with how they represent the paint, finally.
Here they are again:
