I may be mistaken but do the modifications not void the extended warranty?

I replaced a portion of the exhaust system, nothing internal to the engine. I've had several new cars that I've done this to and had no problems with warranty service over the entire life of the cars. For this one, Bob Bell Chevrolet, where I routinely take it for service has honored the warranty on every occasion where there has been a problem, for example the power switch was replaced and a portion of HVAC system had a problem and was replaced. If I had a serious problem with the powertrain, yes they might question it, but there are a lot of things on cars these days that are not powertrain related that can go wrong. The warranty is not included in the price. I'm offering it separately for $500. You can choose not to buy it.
