I talked with the owner last night about the car and he has done a lot to verify the condition of the car since he took ownership of the car. He has done a lot to get the car back into great condition (going by what he said he did and the pictures of the car).
He is not trying to hide anything about the car and you just have to ask and he will tell you. Wife and I are still discussing this car ourselves.

Yeah i know its a sick deal and the motor replacement doesnt scare me bc ill just rebuild it anyway.

The car is now sold and will soon be residing in Tampa with its new owner "forg0tmypen". A sad day in one corvette household makes another household happy . That's how the vette world works.
