It has actually never been to the drag strip. The clutch that was in there was not very friendly to drive at all. THe RPS thats in there now is much nicer to drive.

Not likely to be LS7 heads because back in 2009 when this job was done there was no such thing as a TVS blower that would bolt onto LS7 heads, MTI was doing their own thing which I believe involved changing out the heads.
The $90 labour charge to change the clutch was likely because the engine was already out of the car to do the forging job. The clutch itself would have been MTI's spec'ed single disc. I'm not at all surprised the RPS clutch would work better.
Also, considering this is a "boost upgrade package" TVS, 695 RWHP doesn't seem all that impressive, but regardless, I'm sure it blows the tires away so easily it's hard to drive and more HP is hardly necessary
