FS: 2005 1SB Z-51 6MT Lightly Modded
Its time to part with the car after a short run. Financials have forced the sale of this car. Its had a few issues in the past (not gonna lie about anything) but as of now everything is sorted out and its close to perfect as I can get it. I just bought a set of stock cats that are being reinstalled this weekend before sale (old ones were gutted). Car will be fully available for sale next week but thought I would start a thread now.
Ebay Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...2#ht_542wt_958
Price: $29K
Current Mileage is 19.5K
Car is located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Z-51 with all options except Navi.
Description from eBay:
I purchased this vehicle from the previous owner on the 1st of July 2009 with 7XXX miles. Car is loaded with all options except for navigation and is in very good condition and has a few minor modifications from the previous owner. Since then it has been my daily driver and has seen about 90% highway miles. There are ZERO paint chips on the body and no door dings to speak of. Comes with painted Targa Top as seen in pictures. The first few pictures are before the window tint and the last is with it.
Modifications include:
B&B Route 66 Exhaust system ($1300)
Halltech Venom Intake ($400)
Z06 Brakes ($2000)
Chrome Z06 Replica Wheels that clear the Brakes ($1000) (Perfect condition with no curb rash)
Lowered on After-market bolts (can be set to buyers preference at time of sale)
20% 3M Tint on sides and rear and 50% on Windshield (Big help for those with sensitive eyes) ($350)
Pfadt Endlinks ($225)
Remote Clutch Bleeder (Allows clutch bleeding without transmission removal. Big +)
Hardwired for V1/Escort
Car also has new clutch hydraulics (master cylinder and slave cylinder). Engine oil changed less than 100 miles ago. Transmission fluid and differential fluid was changed about 3K miles ago. Clutch fluid was fully flushed and a bottle of fluid run through the system as I do every oil change.
The tires (Michelin Pilot Sports) are all above the tread-wear bars but will require replacing in a few thousand miles.
Any questions please feel free PM me or call at 843-422-1955. My name is Chase.

That`s pure nonsense.
Ya, as in no sense at all! Since when did nice/tasteful mods on a late model style corvette become free? Z06 brakes, wheels, exhaust, etc, etc, etc, not to mention labor? This surely adds to the value of this car. Of course we all know you don`t get a fantastic return on the money spent on mods, but to say one should just price it like a stocker shows just how out of touch with reality some people are on this forum. To the seller, I bid you good luck, that`s a sweet car.
