Hi
Being that it's an 08 you still have the GMPP warranty and can get an extended warranty through Ficthner in Montana or something that sounds like that. They seem to be the cheapest but that was 4 yrs ago. It doesn't matter where you buy it and you can wait to buy it. Just make sure you have the vette transfered to your name it cost l believe like $50.
The price is a little high only because of the heavy discounts so l would try and get a lower price. What l would do is offer $33,000 or even $32,000 and then turn to walk out and then you will find out his lowest price. I am only saying this is because it is a base model.
But before you go any further run a vin# report at any GM dealership or ask here and run a Car-fax just to be safe. The Vin# should tell every service done to the vette and any warranty work done and the mileage.
Good Luck

Not a bad deal but you can get a loaded out car with around the same miles for $4,000 to $5,000 more. So you get $10,000 to $11,000 more in options for $4,000 to $5,000. I would try to buy a loaded car before buying a base car for the difference in money.

7K miles is pretty much brand new IMO.. if it has a clean title and no wrecks.. I think it is gtg, sure you can haggle and maybe get a $1K off or hold out for a month or 2 and find one 2K cheaper but if this is what you want and you want it now.. pull the trigger, you will love the ride!!
