I'm just putting a feeler out. Willing to trade my '68 Camaro for a nice C6, preferably silver or black. Here are some basic specs on the car.
It is a beautiful car. No corners were cut. It is in incredible condition cosmetically and mechanically. The body is laser straight with no filler. It is a two time Super Chevy Show Editor's Choice winner and was featured in Super Chevy and Hot Rod magazine. It is also a local show winner.
General: The car is street driven on weekends and evenings and taken to the track a few times this year. The engine is fresh (less than 50 miles and 8 passes). The performance details will only be disclosed to a serious buyer. Many references from the midwest can be made available about me or this car.
Exterior: In 1998 the car underwent a frame on restoration. The paint is 1998 Porsche Silver with black SS stripes. It has a Glasstek 5" cowl hood. It has LED rears.
Interior: The interior is black. The dash has been upgraded tastefully with a Covan's replacement and 6 recessed Auto Meter carbon fiber gauges. Two Kirkey seats were powdercoated satin black, covered and installed. The remainder of the stock interior is in place with new carpet.
Drivetrain: It is powered by a professionally built small block Chevy engine that rests in a smoothed, paint matched engine bay. 3.5" full exhaust with Magnaflows. It has a TH-400 transmission, aluminum Precision driveshaft, Strange axles, rear end internals, etc.
Suspension: It has an upgraded stock suspension with all Calvert Racing equipment. The car launches perfectly, drives perfectly, and goes straight as an arrow. It also has new Strange slotted front disc brakes and Billet Specialties Street Lite wheels.
The car has intentionally not been cut up and has been meticulously cared for from top to bottom. It was built to be driven and is not for the average car enthusiast. I have a clean and clear title in hand.
I'm glad to answer any questions. Feel free to PM me or email me at fbomb68@yahoo.com. Thanks for looking.
